After another year filled with evolving deadlines, shifting priorities, and community-engaging events, FCP Euro is proud to have worked with many dedicated companies that contributed to a year of great success. Our annual Partner Awards allow us to recognize those who go above and beyond servicing our customers and company. Each year, members from each of our teams gather to discuss and debate those partners who stood out to us for their support. Because this organization is built with the help of so many great partners, choosing just one winner for each category was challenging.
Among the many partners and awards, the Breakout Growth award highlights the partner who’s grown beyond expectations to provide FCP Euro with another unwaveringly supportive relationship. A record year of shipped orders was no small task, but it was achieved thanks to many great partners, but none stepped up more over previous years than the 2022 FCP Euro Breakout Growth award winner, Hengst. Their support in ensuring their products were always available was invaluable, especially when shipping challenges arose. On the marketing side, Hengst’s drive to be a larger face in the automotive community through exciting projects allowed both companies to push each other to new audiences.
Working with FCP Euro, the Hengst has seen a significant increase in sales over the last two years. Oil, fuel, and air filter volume flowing in and out of distribution centers roughly doubled year-over-year in 2021 and 2022 thanks to their strong fill rates, supply chain stability, competitive pricing, and fantastic customer service. Hengst Director of Sales, Chad Foote, has also played a large role in the successful partnership. His passion for FCP Euro and the company’s potential helped develop the strategy that has seen Hengst filters have a couple of strong years with the Connecticut-based retailer. Looking forward, their product volume continues to climb as more customers are driven to the brand’s quality products.
Hengst also supported FCP Euro’s most ambitious project yet, bringing their name in front of the larger automotive community. Their assistance during the “Golden Era” project was critical, and the fire-spitting Mercedes wears the Hengst logo proudly. As the partnership continues to thrive, look for more products and exciting project collaboration.
