FCP Euro Service Kits

FCP Euro Kits

After another year filled with evolving deadlines, shifting priorities, and community-engaging events, FCP Euro is proud to have worked with many dedicated companies that contributed to a year of great success. Our annual Partner Awards allow us to recognize those who go above and beyond servicing our customers and company. Each year, members from each of our teams gather to discuss and debate those partners who stood out to us for their support. Because this organization is built with the help of so many great partners, choosing just one winner for each category was challenging.

Part of being an auto parts supplier is interacting with your customer base. As a company started by enthusiasts, FCP Euro strives to share its passions with customers. In 2022, the auto parts retailer’s marketing and content teams engaged with the community in various ways, most notably through the “Golden Era” Mercedes 190E 2.0-16 project series on YouTube. It was a daunting task for a group that’d never had a project of that caliber, but thanks to the 2022 Marketing Support award winner, Schaeffler, it was an undeniable success.

Schaeffler products have been available through FCP Euro for quite some time, but it wasn’t until late 2021 that representatives from both companies met to discuss ways to grow both brands. During talks, Schaeffler agreed to be the title sponsor of the DTM-inspired Mercedes build, resulting in nearly 500,000 views on YouTube and significantly more interactions across all other social media platforms. It was a hands-on partnership as teams from both companies worked together to hit shared objectives from multiple channels.

Working closely with the project was FCP Euro’s AVP of Marketing, Kyle Bento, who had much to say about the journey. “Working with the Schaeffler team was smooth, and they actively participated in the success of this project. Having the team on site for the public unveiling at GRIDLIFE Circuit Legends was crucial, as was their willingness to engage and interact with the fans, racers, and attendees at the event.” Although the project has concluded, Schaeffler will continue to support FCP Euro through continued business and the sponsorship of other potential projects and events.
