As a company, our priorities are to support the health and safety of our employees, our communities, and the populations we serve. Like many of you, we are taking extra precautions to ensure we abide by that promise, especially now.

We are evaluating the current challenges daily, and we will periodically provide updates on our operation and status below.

We sincerely appreciate your commitment to FCP Euro and our community and are honored to continue to serve you today.

If you have any questions about how this impacts you as a member of the FCP Euro community, don't hesitate to contact us or leave a comment below.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are, however, accepting and shipping all online orders. All of our participation regarding local Cars & Coffees and national TC America races/GRIDLIFE events are on hold until further notice.

Update: 3/26/2020

Many consumers are still driving, repairing, and buying parts for their cars. FCP Euro is taking extraordinary precautions to ensure a healthy workforce so we can continue to support our customers and our community. We have divided shifts in our Distribution Center to reduce traffic & interactions, and everyone who can work from home is actively doing so. Beyond this, the entirety of our facility is receiving regular sanitation.

A handful of vendors have temporarily shut down, and our team has taken the necessary steps to adjust our catalog as well as lead times. We have not experienced any delayed or canceled orders because of this. FCP Euro is actively shipping 100% of orders.

Update: 3/23/2020 - An email from CEO, Scott Drozd to all FCP Euro Employees

I can only imagine what a strain the past few weeks have been on every one of us at FCP Euro. We are all, myself included, dealing with unprecedented challenges both personally and professionally. So, I want to start by saying thank you to everyone, for your incredible efforts, understanding, and support for your team members and for FCP Euro, we’ve been through a lot and we’ll be a stronger company at the end of all of this. This past week marks the first full week of teams working remotely and through split shifts, and there continues to be strong lines of communication, dedication, and understanding from all.

Tonight at 8 PM all “Non-Essential” businesses in Connecticut are instructed to close under the Governor's Executive Order. As in every other state (e.g. California, Pennsylvania, New York) that has issued these orders before us, our business continues to be considered an essential function. We are fortunate enough to fall squarely and definitively into two essential categories: “auto supply”, and “warehouse/distribution, shipping, and fulfillment” which means we can continue to operate in our facility. You can read more about the official list of CT essential businesses here:

That said we continue to go above and beyond the state’s recommendations and we will continue to offer accommodations to anyone that needs it or doesn’t feel comfortable. This has included shift changes, offsite project work, and PTO or voluntary unpaid time off in addition to a global work from home policy for all back-office teams.

As we show up for our jobs every day, whether it’s in the distribution center or remote with our teams, I ask that you continue to show up with your full efforts, dedicated to the work we do, the efforts we’re moving forward, and to our colleagues. This is critical as we navigate challenging times like these.

We’re in uncharted territory, and it’s some of the toughest the company has seen, but we’re navigating it incredibly well, and this team’s adaptability and commitment has been nothing short of inspiring. We are safe and well prepared both financially and operationally to weather this storm, and I’m certain that together, with the plans we have and continue to develop, we will advance forward into even greater things.

Update: 3/20/2020

FCP Euro continues to monitor COVID-19 locally and nationwide. No additional changes to our service has been made.

Update: 3/13/2020

Due to growing concerns surrounding COVID-19, the FCP Euro Pickup Center located at 155 Hill Street, Milford CT, is temporarily closed. We will continue to monitor the situation through the CDC with hopes of reopening the Pickup Center as soon as possible.

There is no change to FCP Euro’s online shopping experience. You can continue to shop at fcpeuro.com and have your order shipped to you directly for no charge on any order over $49.

Update: 3/12/2020

FCP Euro decided to withdraw from the St. Petersburg Grand Prix. After considering the information available from the World Health Organization and after our own internal deliberation, we believe this is the most responsible way for FCP Euro to play a part in reducing the global spread of COVID-19. Until further notice, all other events are postponed or canceled.
